The shopping, remembered
Ask for a meal idea using your saved food preferences, then add the ingredients to your list. Keep regular lists to use again. Always check ingredients for allergies; you choose how to shop.
A LITTLE MORE INDEPENDENCE
An everyday assistant that helps you get things done. Plan your day, ask Bell to make a call for you, and stay close to your people, all in a space that stays yours.
A BIG LITTLE THING BELL CAN DO
The dentist. The barber. A friend. That service you’ve been meaning to chase. Bell can help turn “I need to call” into a clear next step.
Tell Bell what you need in your own words. Ask it to check your calendar, use the times you have available and prepare the questions that matter. Review who it will call and what it can share. Then let Bell make the call on your behalf.
Calling must be enabled on your account. You review each request; availability and calling limits apply. A request is only a booking once the business confirms it.
“Find a dentist and ask about an appointment.”
Your available times and the personal details you choose to share.
Check the contact, request and permissions before Bell calls.
Read the outcome, follow up or prepare a callback. Add a confirmed booking to your calendar.
The outcome comes back to your Bell.
Keep the details close, without having to remember the whole conversation.
ASK A LITTLE. DO A LOT.
No perfect wording needed. Speak, type or tap. Choose what feels right for you.
Your appointment is at 10. Would you like to open your calendar?
Keep appointments and reminders together. Add a photo or document, check the details Bell reads, then save it to Calendar.
Make space for your everydayLIFE DOESN’T FIT IN ONE BOX
From a small errand to a day full of plans. Keep the useful things close.
Ask for a meal idea using your saved food preferences, then add the ingredients to your list. Keep regular lists to use again. Always check ingredients for allergies; you choose how to shop.
Message connected people and services. Keep personal phone contacts too, even if they don’t use Bell.
Tell your connected service what needs attention. Add a photo and follow the maintenance request’s updates.
Look for nearby businesses and places, explore the details and prepare a call when you need more information.
Save a nickname, food preferences and the things that matter. Keep a journal and record progress towards your goals.
Ask about upcoming plans or bring appointment details in from photos and documents. Review them before saving.
YOUR ACCOUNT ALWAYS STAYS YOURS
You can connect with a provider and with independent services at the same time. Choose what each connection can see, then change sharing or disconnect when you need to.
Pairing does not open your whole account. Calendar events and journal entries need their own sharing choices.
Choose “For me and my home”, verify your email and send a short registration. BellBots reviews it before opening your space.
Explore listed providers and independent services. Send a connection request with the access you choose.
Once accepted, use the shared areas together. You can also request individual people from a provider’s listed team.
Review permissions, disconnect a service or find a different one. Your account and saved records stay with you.
GOOD SUPPORT STARTS WITH CONNECTION
One service or a whole team. Bring what you do into the participant’s chosen circle.
Introduce your organisation, invite your workforce and respond to participant connection requests. Open a shared dashboard for each accepted connection.
A cleaner, lawn care business, driver, therapist or law firm can have its own service account. You don’t need to sit under another provider.
BellBots reviews registrations. Approved services choose when to list their profile. Participant information is shared only after a connection is accepted.
A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
No. Start with your own participant account. You can use your personal space and choose to connect providers or independent services later.
First create and verify your login. Then submit a short registration for yourself or your organisation. BellBots reviews it, and your account page shows its status. Once approved, your Bell space or service workspace becomes available.
Yes. Connections are separate. You can connect to a provider and other services, change the sharing choices for each, or disconnect. Your participant account and saved records stay with you. Disconnecting in Bell does not cancel a separate booking or service agreement.
No. You choose the areas you share. Private calendar events and journal entries are not shared just because you connect an organisation. You can review permissions and end a connection from People & access.
Bell can prepare a call for you to review. Calling is available on accounts where it has been enabled; availability and calling limits apply. Home control requires a separate connection for supported devices and is not active on every account.
Use your invitation link, create or log in with the email your organisation invited, and accept the team invitation. You don’t need to register a new provider. Participant access follows the participant’s individual connection and sharing choices.
MAKE A LITTLE ROOM FOR POSSIBILITY
Start with you. Bring your people. Make it your own.
